Important & Additional Information:
COVID-19: You must not attend this event if you have tested positive for COVID-19 within the last 7 days, have been a close contact of another person with a confirmed case of COVID-19 within the last 7 days, have been advised to self-isolate, or are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19. Should you want a refund, please send us proof of postitive test or that you have been advised to self isolate.
Children: Children are welcome to attend the event, however there isn’t a discounted child ticket available. Please be aware there is no child-meal option, so this might not be suitable for younger kids!
Dietary Requirements / Needs / Allergies: The meal includes a variety of items including vegan and vegetarian options. The restaurant will provide guidance on these dishes.
If you have any additional dietary needs, requirements, or allergies, you must take responsibility to ensure that these are not compromised. If you email us at gosocial@swansea.ac.uk with details at least 3 working days before the event we will try to get a response from the restaurant for you. Outside of those times you will need to liaise with the restaurant directly. Please check again with restaurant staff on the night to avoid any risk.

Refund policy: Refunds must be requested no later than Friday 7th June. To request a refund: Email gosocial@swansea.ac.uk to ensure a member of the team can authorise the refund.
Conduct: You are responsible for your own behaviour and time keeping. Please take reasonable care of your own and other people's health and safety. Please familiarise yourself with safety information at the venue.
Accessibility: This event takes place at a fully accessible venue. If you have any concerns or queries or specific accessibility requirements, please contact gosocial@swansea.ac.uk as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist, however we cannot guarantee all requirements can be met.
Data Protection: International@CampusLife will use the information you provide for attendance and safety purposes. We will use your data to produce internal statistics but will not share it with third parties or use it for marketing. Your information will be provided to our event leader on the day of the trip for the purpose of attendance monitoring and emergency situations. The information will be kept confidential and passed back to ICL and destroyed after the event. Native’s policies can be found on their website.
Photos: We will be taking photos throughout the event which we will use to promote future activities in the form of leaflets, social media posts, digital screens and on our website. If you would not like to be included, then please tell us on the day of the event. If you see yourself in any pictures and would like to be removed, please email us at gosocial@swansea.ac.uk and we will make sure that any photos of you are deleted.
