Terms and Conditions
1. Package Purchase Agreement
By purchasing a ticket or package for Freshers, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below.
2. Package Availability
All packages are subject to availability and are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. Payment Scheme Option
We offer a payment scheme that allows you to pay in instalments. By selecting this option, you agree to follow the payment schedule provided at the time of purchase.
4. Payment Schedule
The payment schedule will be confirmed when you purchase your ticket. Failure to make payments on time may result in the cancellation of your ticket without refund.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Tickets purchased through the payment scheme are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel, any payments made will not be refunded.
6. Ticket Transferability
Tickets purchased through the payment scheme are non-transferable. They are valid only for the individual named on the ticket at the time of purchase.
7. Event Entry
To gain entry to Freshers events, you must present a valid ticket along with a valid form of ID that matches the name on the ticket.
8. Entry Restrictions
The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone without a valid ticket or ID. Entry may also be denied if an attendee breaches the event’s code of conduct or security policies.
9. Event Capacity
All events are subject to capacity limits. A wristband provides access but does not guarantee entry if the venue is already at full capacity.
10. Event Changes
The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the schedule, lineup, venues, or other event details without prior notice. Such changes will not entitle ticket holders to a refund.
11. Code of Conduct
Attendees must follow the event’s code of conduct, which prohibits harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour. Breaches may result in removal from the event without refund.
